We are so happy to be part of the team behind the new C.H. Bixby boutique hotel project in downtown Casper, helping move the project from planning to the final steps before breaking ground. Our work has included the Urban Renewal Plan, TIF Agreement, civil site plans, and Old Yellowstone District submittal.

This development will bring a new place to stay, new activity downtown, and even a walk-up burger bar. We’re excited to see how it adds to the continued growth and energy of downtown Casper!
