C.H. Bixby Boutique Hotel

AVI is proud to be part of the team behind the new C.H. Bixby boutique hotel, a Hilton Tapestry Collection property planned for downtown Casper. The project represents another investment in the continued revitalization of Casper’s downtown core and will bring a new lodging option, additional activity, and new amenities to the area.

AVI has supported the project through several key stages of planning and development, helping move the project closer to construction. Our work has included the Urban Renewal Plan, TIF Agreement, Civil Site Plans, and Old Yellowstone District submittal.

Once complete, the C.H. Bixby will offer visitors a new place to stay while contributing to the ongoing growth and activity of downtown Casper. The development will also feature a walk-up burger bar, adding another amenity for both hotel guests and the surrounding community.

AVI is excited to see this project continue to take shape and to play a role in bringing new investment and energy to downtown Casper.
