AVI provided planning, civil engineering, design, and surveying for The Paddock, a two-phase development bringing 194 new housing units to Douglas, Wyoming. AVI also assisted with securing tax increment financing and Wyoming Business Council funding to support the development and prepare additional land for future investment.
The Paddock is a two-phase housing development by Stencil Group that will bring 194 new housing units to Douglas, Wyoming. Developed through collaboration with Wagonhound Land & Livestock, the City of Douglas, the Wyoming Business Council, and other partners, the project will help meet the community’s growing housing needs while supporting long-term economic growth.
AVI helped move the project from concept to construction by providing civil engineering, design, planning, and surveying services. The team also facilitated $4.2 million in tax increment financing from the City of Douglas and assisted with approximately $2.5 million in funding from the Wyoming Business Council.
In addition to supporting the initial development phases, the funding will help prepare the remaining 20 acres of the site for future development. This coordinated investment in housing and infrastructure creates opportunities for continued growth beyond the project’s first two phases.
