The Aire is a multifamily development by Stencil Group along US 30 in east Cheyenne. AVI provided planning, surveying, and civil engineering services to support redevelopment along this prominent community corridor and help advance the project through development approvals and site design.


AVI assisted with preparation of an Urban Renewal Plan and Project and a tax increment financing development agreement to support implementation. The team also assisted with required subdivision processes, provided surveying, and prepared civil site plans to address the development’s site and infrastructure needs.


Through these coordinated services, AVI helped establish the planning and engineering framework for a project that expands housing opportunities and supports reinvestment in east Cheyenne.
