AVI worked with Laramie County School District No. 1 on the relocation and construction of five new tennis courts for East High School at the Okie Blanchard Sports Complex. The project included site design, grading and drainage, surveying, construction staking, and construction management for five new post-tensioned concrete tennis courts and associated site improvements.
AVI has extensive experience with the Okie site and the surrounding school facilities. Our team previously assisted LCSD No. 1 with the design and development of the Okie Blanchard Sports Complex, including the track and field facilities and stadium improvements, as well as work associated with the adjacent Carey Junior High School. This familiarity with the overall site, existing infrastructure, drainage, and school operations helped AVI coordinate the tennis court relocation with the surrounding facilities and deliver improvements that fit seamlessly into the existing campus.
