The Burlington Trail and Greenway Improvement project consisted of paving Burlington Trail and extending the City's Greenway Trail system from S Industrial Rd/HR Ranch Rd up to Campstool Rd.

In order to support the Bronco Filly Data Center project, the existing unpaved/unimproved Burlington Trail and Cheyenne Greenway system adjacent to the project was improved to support added traffic in the area and provide an investment in the City's Greenway system that ultimately helped provide greenway connectivity to an underserved residential development in eastern Cheyenne.
AVI provided project management, surveying, design, and construction management throughout the life of the project. Improvements to the corridor included intersection realignments of S Industrial Rd/Burlington Trail and Campstool Rd/Burlington Trail, drainage improvements, paving of the existing unpaved Burlington Trail, and greenway construction/extensions from the existing greenway at S Industrial Rd/Burlington Trail up to Campstool Rd. The greenway extension was intended to eventually connect to the existing greenway improvements along the north side of Campstool Rd.
