Services included a tax increment financing development agreement, subdivision processes, a partial alley vacation, and civil site plans.
West End Flats is a multifamily development by Stencil Group that supports redevelopment in Cheyenne’s West Edge and downtown. AVI provided coordinated planning, surveying, and civil engineering services to help advance the project from development approvals through site design.
AVI assisted with a tax increment financing development agreement, required subdivision processes, and a partial alley vacation to support the proposed development. The team also provided surveying and prepared civil site plans, coordinating the property configuration and site improvements needed to move the project forward.
The project brings additional housing opportunities to downtown Cheyenne and contributes to continued investment in the West Edge.
