AVI provided surveying, platting, and civil engineering services for the Bell Pasture Subdivision, a 127-tract rural residential development in Laramie County, Wyoming. The project included subdivision layout and platting, roadway design, grading and drainage improvements, and the design of new paved roadways meeting Laramie County standards.
The project required close coordination between AVI’s surveying and engineering teams to establish property boundaries, rights-of-way, roadway alignments, and drainage improvements throughout the development. AVI worked through the County review and approval process to develop infrastructure that provides safe and reliable access while accommodating drainage and the long-term needs of the subdivision.
